Beginner Stock Trading – Terminology basic stock

confusing terminology for beginners stock in trade of livestock. It is not that the terms are misleading, but more because there are so many of them know. If time to time to learn a few beginner stock trading these keywords at a time, in every sentence from you! Below is a list of common terms you should know.

Market / Stock Exchange / Stock Exchange – the exchange, where brokers buy and sell professional Actions. I strongly recommend adhering to the NYSE Nasdaq, Dow Jones, for beginners and stock trading.

Trading hours – the period in which stocks can be traded. In the U.S., trade operates from 9.30 bis 16.00 Clock et et.

Market Maker / MM – A company that conducts trading in shares in other companies or individuals.

Ticker Symbol – A letter based only symbol used to represent the shares of companies.

Share – Units of ownership of a companyPiano>.

Authorized Shares – The total number of shares of a company.

Outstanding shares – shares purchase or sale are available on the market.

Restricted shares – shares that can not be exchanged for a specified period.

Float – shares that are for trade through public investment.

Buy – to purchase shares of stock of a company.

Sell your – the actions of a company's shares.

Commission to be paid – a fee to your brokerFacilitate the purchase or sale of shares.

Offer – The price at which a broker buys shares (ie the sale of shares should be executed at the offer price).

Ask – The price of selling the shares is an intermediary (ie a purchase of shares would be executed at the ask price).

Spread – the difference between the bid and ask prices.

Day Order – An order to buy or sell stock that will be Trading interrupted if not filled by the end.

WellTil Canceled / CG – An order to buy or sell stocks, which remains open for 30-60 days (depending on the broker).

To Limit – An order to buy or sell shares that do not go for the price rises to a certain level or higher.

Trend – The general direction that a title is moving … up or down.

Bearish – Describes a stock that is expected to trend downward.

– Describes a stock that Bullish trend is expectedhigh.

These few words give you a good start for beginners stock trading. It 's easier to market to talk to on the stock exchange, if you understand that basic terms. Learn in your discussions, your research, help and understanding of the tools exist.
